This intermediate/improvers class is for people who have been practicing Tai Chi for a while, (but newcomers are always welcome!).
- Qi Gong breathing exercises, gently stretching and lengthening the tendons whilst relaxing
the muscles.
- 42 Step Tai Chi Combined Style form and applications.
- Pushing Hands and sensitivity training.
- More detailed exploration of the principles of Tai Chi, and how these may be applied for health
and self-protection.
Tai Chi (Beginners)
This beginners class is for people who are new to Tai Chi. Please note this is a 10 week course, not a drop-in class!

Qi Gong
This class is purely for deep relaxation, meditation and self-healing.
- Refining the breath.
- Nurturing the Qi.
- Soothing and centring the Heart-Mind and Body.
- Lengthening the body through relaxing.
- Letting go of unneccessary tension.
Self Defence
This class is all about exploring training methods which develop our ability to
respond with a variety of reflexive responses to various types of potential attacks.
- Warming-up and loosening the body.
- Understanding the body's natural weapons.
- Pad work/Impact training.
- Stepping Drills.
- Flow Drills and reflex training.
- Developing good rapport with your training partners.
